With about 2 million pieces of iPhone 5 sold in 24 hours, Apple Inc. has received an almost double sales response as compared to the earlier model of the device. Due to huge sales, the demand exceeds the supply for iPhone 5 and some of its customers will receive the smartphones in the month of October. As Apple is a California based company, all iPhones will be delivered as soon as they reach US retail outlets on September 21. It was estimated that the sale of iPhone 5 will be 1.3 to 1.5 million in first 24 hours, but the situation got surprisingly favorable for Apple Inc when about 2 million pieces were sold in a single day. It is expected that there would be a sales of 12 million pieces by the end of the month.

IPhone 5 claimed to be the lightest, thinnest and the fastest device that Apple Inc. has ever launched. Apple is now the most prestigious company in the entire world after a huge purchase of 244 million iPhone pieces in 2007. IPhone 5 has crashed the records of the previous iPhone 4S.

AT & T is the largest US phone company. According to them, their customers ordered a magnificent figure of iPhone 5. They also claim that it is becoming the most wanted mobile version and all subscribers want the new iPhone 5 than any other earlier mobile set.

The glass with touch screen technology is the biggest reason for the high demand and remarkable admiration of iPhone 5. It is estimated that from the month of October to December, Apple may be able to sell about 50 million pieces. The iPhone is currently available in US, Australia and many other countries across Europe and Asia.  This shows that there is a lot of ascending demand for iPhone 5.
